The frozen pack PCM -21 melts at -21°C and is suitable as a replacement for dry ice when transporting temperature-sensitive goods. Dry ice is increasingly viewed critically, especially in air freight, and is classified as a hazardous material. Some service providers even reject the use of thermal packaging equipped with dry ice on principle. The frozen PCM pack is also much safer to handle than dry ice. Dry ice consists of frozen CO₂, which has a temperature of -78°C. Appropriate precautions must be taken when handling dry ice, otherwise there is a risk of burns. In addition, the PCM -21 can be reused as often as desired. This is another advantage over the disposable dry ice solution.

The Gel pack Basic is our cheapest cooling element and was designed for single-use applications.
The gel pack is available in six different sizes, from 200 to 680 grams filling weight. The melting point is about 0°C and is therefore ideal for the thermal transportation of temperature-sensitive products.
The foil is suitable for direct food contact. Furthermore, the water-based cooling gel of is non-toxic and therefore easy to dispose with household waste.
The durable HDPE hard plastic cooling pack is an affordable solution for multiple use. The cover can be easily cleaned with warm water. This cooling element is water-based and has no performance loss when used multiple times.
Available in the quantities 200, 400 and 750 grams or super flat with a filling weight of 200g.
